Acacia Firewood Branches
Acacia Firewood Branches (or seasoned wood, seasoned firewood, seasoned firewood logs) are an essential fuel source processed from Acacia wood that is indispensable in daily life, especially in regions with temperatures below 10°C.
Unlike Acacia firewood logs, this product are cut from the branches of Acacia trees rather than from the trunk. Consequently, Acacia Firewood Branches are typically smaller and thinner than Acacia firewood logs, resulting in lower burning efficiency, albeit at a slightly lower cost. Additionally, Techno Wood’s specialized drying system reduces the moisture content of the white logs to below 20%, significantly enhancing their quick ignition capabilities compared to standard methods.
Beyond its primary uses for heating indoor spaces, cooking, and fueling boilers, split and dried Acacia wood is extensively employed across various industries for energy supply, energy conversion, and as a combustible material. This includes sectors like electricity generation, manufacturing and industry, transportation, marine and shipping, among many others.
Techno Wood offers several standard specifications for eucalyptus wood logs below. Please refer to them and choose the best option for your needs.

The “Face Cord” specification is widely recognized in Europe. Those involved in exporting firewood should not overlook this particular specification. Below is a conversion table and a detailed explanation of the Face Cord:
1 Face Cord = 4′ x 8′ x 16″ = 4 feet x 8 feet x 16 inches = 1.22m x 2.44m x 0.4m = 1220mm x 2440mm x 400mm. 1 Face Cord is also equivalent to 1.152 cubic meters (CBM).
Based on this, in Europe, businesses often sell based on standard cord units, for example, 1/2 Cord, 1/4 Cord, 1 1/2 Cord, 1 1/4 Cord, etc.
At Techno Wood, you will receive the most detailed advice on the quality of the firewood, post-drying moisture content, suitable specifications, packaging methods, and transportation of goods.
The Kinding / Net Bag specification is more commonly used for households in cold climate countries such as Northern Europe, the United States, the EU, Japan, and more. This specification is often sold in supermarkets and shopping centers in these countries and can even be ordered for home delivery.
For the firewood bag specifications, different countries have varying standards based on the actual needs of end customers. For instance:
- 1 bag consists of 100 pieces of firewood, with each piece measuring approximately 30cm x 5cm x 5cm.
- 1 bag weighing between 5-50kg (with random-sized firewood pieces).
- 1 bag includes 80 pieces of firewood and 40 kindling pieces (the kindling serves as fire starters).
There are also various packaging methods for the firewood bags. Among the most popular are three packaging methods using: mesh bags, shrink wrap, and strapping with bands.
Both of these factors significantly influence the final cost of a firewood bag. Therefore, if you wish to place an order based on the firewood bag specification, please provide all necessary details so that Techno Wood can offer the most accurate pricing.
Net Weight is a unit or calculation method widely adopted by many countries, including Vietnam. This specification solely calculates the weight of the product itself, excluding packaging and transportation materials such as pallets and cartons.
Net Weight allows customers to accurately estimate the actual weight of the wood, as we frequently deal with this weight metric. In contrast, the cubic meter (CBM) unit is more suitable for calculating the transportation phase of goods.
For Acacia Firewood, 1 cubic meter (CBM) is equivalent to 600kg or 0.6 tons.
